I Face Contamination in Vitabiotics Supplement Bought from Pharmacy

Yesterday, I purchased a Vitabiotics supplement from Marmara Forum pharmacy, not from some random online website. I trusted a well-known pharmacy and a globally recognized brand, yet what I found inside the sealed packaging horrified me. One of the tablets was visibly contaminated, with dark, dirty marks inside the coating—before I even opened it.
How can a company that claims to care about human health allow such poor quality control in its manufacturing process? This is not only unacceptable but also dangerous. I refuse to consume a product that looks contaminated.
I am attaching a photo showing the defect—look at the second tablet from the top right. This black stain is clear proof of contamination. I demand a full refund for this defective product.
Vitabiotics needs to take full responsibility and immediately explain how this could happen in a sealed, pharmacy-bought package. I urge the company to investigate this and take corrective action so other customers don’t face the same health risks.
