I have been using the Vitabiotics Immunace product for years and have recommended it to my family and friends, trusting its quality. However, twice now, I encountered the same issue—cracks in the tablets, making them unusable. The first time, I let it slide. But when it happened again, I decided to contact Vitabiotics directly. I emailed them detailed photos of the damaged tablets and provided the pharmacy information, as they requested. They initially promised to send a replacement free of charge.

Unfortunately, despite reaching out again between December 2023 and March 2024 through multiple emails and countless phone calls, no one at Vitabiotics has followed up. I am shocked by this level of indifference from a company that claims to be a global leader in health supplements. Would this lack of customer care be acceptable in the UK, where the company is based? I highly doubt it.

I demand that Vitabiotics take immediate action to resolve this issue, provide the promised replacement product, and improve their customer service for loyal users like myself who have spent years supporting their brand.
