I recently started using my Viomi V5 Pro robot vacuum and encountered an error indicating "Open Water Pump" while testing the mopping feature. I repeatedly inserted and reinserted the water tank, but the error persists. I can't locate the water pump or resolve the issue.

I took the vacuum to a service center, but they quoted a 1500₺ fee for the repair. I am uncertain why such a high charge is applied for what appears to be an initial setup issue. I seek clarification on the reason for this fee and assistance in resolving the pump error.
