If your refund on Vio.com has been in the works for weeks with no changes, here are some things you can do to speed things up and get a solution:
• Make sure you know when you'll get your money back. Look at the cancellation policy in your booking notice and take screenshots to show proof.
• You can email to [email protected]. Include your booking number, the date you cancelled, and a copy of your bank account that shows you didn't get a refund. Ask for a clear due date for payment.
• Contact your bank: if it's been more than 7–10 days and you still haven't gotten your money back, ask for a return and show proof that you cancelled the order and won't be paying it back.
• Keep a full record: save all emails, screenshots, and receipts in case you need to file a claim with a consumer protection agency in the future and Vio.com still doesn't reply.
❗ If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
