Videforex Hasn't Refunded My Deposit After Months of Emails and Phone Calls
Since June, I have been through hell attempting to get Videforex to reimburse me for the money I put. The same excuses are given to me every time I contact customer service; they say they are processing my payment, but I still haven't seen any funds in my account. I've reached out to their support service, finance department, and even a so-called "success manager" via phone and email, but nobody has been able to fix the problem. I had even written a review before, but for some reason it was deleted! They appear to be making every effort to evade their obligation to refund my payment. If you care about saving time and money, I think you should stay away from Videforex.
