Velocity Trade Delayed My Withdrawal For 2 Weeks and Isn't Responding to My Emails
When I signed up with Velocity Trade a few months ago, I thought dealing would be easy. But I've had problems with withdrawals from the very beginning. The last time I tried to take money, it got stuck in "processing" for more than two weeks, and their customer service team hasn't replied. I've tried calling and emailing several times, but no one has replied. This is not acceptable for a platform that handles financial activities. I need to get to my money right away, and I'm seriously thinking about going to court if this isn't fixed soon.
