I purchased multiple items from Victoria's Secret online on July 12th for a birthday present. Unfortunately, the satin pajama set has yet to arrive, while the rest of the items have already been delivered. Even though I make daily calls, I keep being promised updates without actually receiving any information. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to my issue and the swift delivery of my missing item. I have decided to never make another online purchase from Victoria's Secret.
