Victoria’s Secret Never Informed Me About My Body Mist Delivery

I placed an order for two body mists from Victoria’s Secret on May 9. Not only did the company fail to provide any shipping updates or send a tracking message, but when I called them today, they told me they had partnered with Jetizz for shipping. Jetizz only dispatched the package 10 days later, yet I received no notification from them either about the delivery process. Apparently, the package was out for delivery yesterday, but since I was not informed, it was returned before it could reach me. I am extremely dissatisfied with both companies due to their irresponsibility—my money and expectations were wasted. I do not recommend shopping online from Victoria’s Secret to anyone. I will also never shop from any place that uses Jetizz as their delivery service. Such carelessness is unacceptable.
