I purchased Vichy Dercos Energy Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo (red bottle) from a pharmacy for 800₺, expecting it to help with my hair health. However, after using it only three times, I noticed that my hair was falling out even more than usual—worse than with regular shampoos!
I paid a premium price for this product, believing it would nourish my hair, but instead, it made things far worse. Now, I can’t even use it anymore because I’m afraid of further damage. Even my regular shampoo never caused this much shedding.
I demand a full refund for this defective product. If my complaint is not addressed, I will report this issue everywhere and take further action.
