I purchased Dercos shampoo from a pharmacy to combat hair loss, but instead, it caused severe dandruff, intense itching, and alarming hair loss. My once-thick hair is now falling out in handfuls. Shockingly, this shampoo is even prescribed by doctors, which makes the situation more concerning. Instead of any improvement, I’ve experienced worsening conditions, including eczema-like symptoms on my scalp. I paid ₺850 for this product, expecting quality, but it seems to prioritize profit over customer health. This experience has been both frustrating and devastating for my hair and scalp. I urge the company to take responsibility and address these harmful effects immediately.
