About a month ago, I purchased Vichy Dercos shampoo based on my doctor’s recommendation from a pharmacy. I didn’t have any dandruff at the time, but since I started using it, my scalp has become excessively flaky.
Despite the product’s promises, I have not seen any benefits—instead, the condition of my scalp has worsened significantly. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much money on a product only to face these results. It feels like false advertising, especially since so many people promote this shampoo.
I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and urge Vichy to address this issue. As consumers, we deserve better quality and reliability from such a trusted brand.
