About 20 days ago, I purchased Vichy Dercos Anti-Dandruff Shampoo from a pharmacy for 950 TL on my doctor’s recommendation. I was instructed to use it three times a week, and I followed this advice precisely. However, I’ve noticed a strange and frustrating issue.
When I wash my hair with my regular shampoo, I experience little to no dandruff. But every time I use Vichy Dercos, there’s an excessive amount of dandruff. This is completely unacceptable, as I specifically bought this product to combat dandruff, not worsen it.
Vichy, I demand an explanation and a resolution for this problem. Your product failed to deliver on its promise, and I’m beyond disappointed with this experience. Please address this issue immediately.
