Viagogo Tickets Delivered After Concert Start Time – No Refund or Resolution

On 08-11-2024, I purchased two tickets through Viagogo under reference number 5481***14 for a concert scheduled at 9:00 PM. However, the tickets were only delivered at 10:02 PM, over an hour after the concert began. As a result, we missed the entire event.

I contacted customer support to file a complaint and provided evidence, including emails and payment receipts with timestamps. Despite this, their representatives claimed that their system displayed a different time and dismissed my complaint entirely.

Viagogo has neither issued a refund nor offered any resolution. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate negligence. If anyone knows of a suitable EU or international complaint platform, please advise. I’ve also disputed the charge with my bank and will update on the outcome.
