I Face Viagogo Refusing Refund After Failing to Deliver My Imagine Dragons Ticket

On July 15, 2025, I bought a digital ticket from Viagogo for the Imagine Dragons concert (Order No: 54 9****49**), paying 3,128 DKK (₺20,250.66). Everything seemed fine until the day of the concert — but the QR code for my ticket never arrived, meaning I couldn’t get into the venue at all.

I tried several times to contact Viagogo support, but it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. When I finally managed to speak with a representative, they denied that the ticket hadn’t been delivered and even refused to process a refund, despite clear evidence that I never received access to the event.

This experience was both stressful and disappointing. I paid a large amount expecting a smooth, secure ticketing process, yet Viagogo failed to deliver even the most basic service — providing the ticket itself. I’m requesting a full refund of ₺20,250.66 and an official explanation for how such an error could occur without accountability.
