Viagogo Sold Invalid Ticket for FB Beko EuroLeague Match – Denied Entry

I purchased a ticket through Viagogo for the FB Beko EuroLeague match on November 12, 2024, but when I arrived at the venue, I was denied entry. The box office staff mentioned that many others were in the same situation, left stranded outside with invalid tickets. There was no representative from Viagogo to assist or resolve the issue, leaving me completely helpless.

The pricing was also unreasonable, adding to the frustration of being unable to use the ticket I paid for. I feel deceived and demand a full refund for the ticket. Viagogo needs to take responsibility for the invalid ticket sales and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future. Immediate action is required!
