On February 16, 2025, I purchased two tickets for the Fenerbahçe vs. Kasımpaşa match through Viagogo, but I never received them. Since my tickets didn’t arrive, I requested a refund, yet I have received no resolution.
When I contacted live support, they told me to wait 72 hours while they processed my request and reviewed documents. However, no one has followed up since then, and I still don’t have my money back.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise against buying tickets from Viagogo.
Viagogo, process my refund now! Has anyone else dealt with this issue? This needs to be resolved immediately!
