I purchased two tickets from Viagogo and received an email confirming that my tickets were transferred to my Passolig card. However, when I arrived in Istanbul for the match, I was denied entry—the tickets were not valid.
Not only did I miss the event, but I also lost my money. Viagogo offers no real customer support, and there is no one to contact for assistance. They continue to sell tickets daily, even though people face the same issues repeatedly.
I will not let this go. I plan to take legal action against Viagogo and ensure that they are held accountable. Has anyone else faced this issue? Do not buy tickets from them!
I bought tickets for 2 people through the Viagogo website. However, our tickets did not arrive. We couldn't enter the match. People's efforts should not be wasted so easily. Shame on them.
