Viagogo Took My Money but Didn’t Deliver Galatasaray-Beşiktaş Tickets

I purchased two tickets for the Galatasaray vs. Beşiktaş match from Viagogo for me and my son. I was told the tickets would be loaded onto the Passolig system, but no tickets were ever delivered. I had no choice but to buy new tickets directly through Passolig at the last minute.

Viagogo took my money and failed to provide the tickets as promised. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to get a refund. This is completely unacceptable, and I feel deceived by this dishonest platform.

Viagogo, I demand a full refund for the tickets I paid for but never received. Please resolve this immediately and stop scamming your customers!
