Viagogo Said They Sent My BJK–GS Ticket but It Never Arrived or Got Refunded

Good evening. I purchased a ticket from Viagogo for the Beşiktaş–Galatasaray match, but the ticket never appeared in my account. They claimed it was delivered and told me to check with Passolig. I went there in person, only to be told that no ticket had been issued in my name.
Viagogo insists they sent it, but I have nothing. I followed every instruction and received nothing in return—not even a refund. I’ve waited long enough, and I’m still out the money I paid. It feels like they’re playing games with people’s trust and hard-earned money.
Viagogo, I’m asking you one last time—refund my payment. I paid for a ticket I never received, and you cannot just walk away from that. Do the right thing and return my money immediately.
