Viagogo Failed to Deliver Tickets – Paid but Couldn’t Enter the Match

I purchased three tickets from Viagogo for today’s Galatasaray vs. Fenerbahçe match. The site claimed that the tickets would be uploaded to my Passo account, but they never appeared. Despite paying the full amount, we were unable to enter the stadium.

This is completely unacceptable! We trusted Viagogo to deliver the tickets as promised, yet we were left outside with no way to access the event. I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund for the tickets we never received. Viagogo, you must take responsibility for this issue and ensure that customers are not left stranded after paying for their tickets. Fix this now and refund my money!
