Viagogo Refuses to Refund for Undelivered Soccer Match Tickets
On October 21, 2024, I purchased six tickets from Viagogo for the Fenerbahçe vs. Sivas match scheduled for November 10. Until the last moment, I received emails claiming my tickets were "ready," but they never arrived. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was forced to communicate with chatbots, as there was no one available to speak with directly.
For the past month, I’ve been trying to get a refund. Although they claim the refund has been processed, no money has been returned to my account. This is unacceptable. Viagogo is unreliable, and I would never recommend buying anything from them. I demand an immediate refund and proper customer support to address this issue.
