To make things worse, Viagogo doesn’t offer a proper refund process. They take your money, leave you in the dark, and offer zero accountability. You’re stuck with no ticket, no support, and no way to get your money back.
I deeply regret using this platform and hope that legal steps are taken to ban or regulate it. They’re selling tickets they don’t even have. I plan to take legal action, but I know that will take time.
