I had an extremely frustrating experience with Viagogo. I purchased a ticket for a match, expecting to attend without any issues. However, just 10 minutes before the game started, my ticket was suddenly canceled, leaving me with no entry and no explanation.
This seems like a deliberate and organized scam—Viagogo sells tickets, takes the money, and then cancels at the last minute, making it nearly impossible for customers to find an alternative. I have serious doubts about whether the ticket was ever real.
As a company licensed in Switzerland, Viagogo should be investigated by regulatory authorities for these unethical and potentially illegal practices. I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation. Viagogo, take responsibility!
