I Face Hidden Fees and Overcharging on Viagogo Ludovico Einaudi Tickets

Dear Viagogo Team,

With order number 615575556, I purchased two tickets for the Ludovico Einaudi concert scheduled for September 27, 2025, at Istanbul Volkswagen Arena. I selected seats in Block 204, where the listed price was ₺2.944 per ticket. Based on this, I expected to pay around ₺5.888 in total.

However, upon checking my credit card statement, I discovered that ₺8.460 was charged instead. Looking into the payment breakdown, I found:
• Approximately ₺2.571 listed as a reservation fee
• ₺250 listed as a service/processing fee

These additional charges were not clearly presented during the purchasing process and only became visible at the final payment stage. This lack of transparency is misleading and unfair to consumers.

I demand a full explanation of these excessive fees and request a refund of the overcharged amount. Clear and honest pricing is a basic consumer right, and this experience has left me feeling financially exploited and frustrated.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will initiate a chargeback process with my financial institution and escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and international complaint platforms.
