On 25.08.2025, two tickets for the Gençlerbirliği–Fenerbahçe football match were purchased through Viagogo without my knowledge or consent. A total of ₺70,000 was charged to my İş Bankası credit card. I received no confirmation SMS, email, or approval notification from either my bank or Viagogo regarding this transaction. My order number is #621748340.
I attempted to resolve the issue through Viagogo’s virtual assistant, but no help was provided. I was redirected to a foreign representative in English who gave me vague, dismissive answers and stated that “refunds are not available.” They only mentioned that the matter would be “reviewed.” This response is unacceptable, especially since I did not authorize or initiate this purchase. I have no intention of using these tickets.
I also contacted my bank. While I have the receipt, they informed me that since the transaction is still pending, I cannot yet file a dispute. The tickets have not been delivered—they only show as “purchased” in the system. This makes the charge a clear violation of my consumer rights.
Additionally, I suspect there may be a link with Passolig, as the tickets appear to be tied to their system. I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized purchase and a full refund of the ₺70,000 charged to my card.
