Unauthorized Viagogo Charge on My Enpara Credit Card Without Any Account
On 23.09.2025, at around 22:45, a purchase of ₺10,067.84 was made through Viagogo using my Enpara credit card without my knowledge or consent. I have never shared my card details with anyone, yet this transaction was carried out entirely without my involvement. As soon as I noticed, I contacted my bank, reported the situation, and canceled my card. However, my bank informed me that they could not intervene in the transaction since it was still in authorization. I have never purchased any ticket or service through Viagogo, nor do I have an account with them. Despite this, after the unauthorized charge, I reached out to Viagogo customer service, but no solution was offered and my grievance was not resolved. Since I do not have an account, there is also no ticket or order record in my name. I believe this transaction was carried out entirely without my authorization. I request the immediate resolution of my grievance and the refund of the amount charged to my card; otherwise, I will initiate legal proceedings.
