Unauthorized €124 Viagogo Charge for Zorlu Istanbul Event Ticket Without My Consent
A ticket purchase was made through Viagogo without my consent for the 999999999 Zorlu Istanbul event. Without my approval or knowledge, and without sending me any confirmation code, €124.14 was charged to my card, and this amount is currently shown as pending. I reported the issue to Viagogo’s online AI assistant, but I was told that no refund could be made. When I asked for the tickets to be sent to my email, I was informed that they could not be delivered since they had not yet been generated. Following this unauthorized transaction, I had to cancel my card. When I contacted my bank (İş Bankası), they said I could not dispute the charge yet since the amount was still pending. My order number is 623988090. I expect Viagogo to cancel this unauthorized transaction and refund the charged amount. I also request that the blocked funds remain in my account. I urge that this issue be resolved immediately.
