Viagogo Never Sent My Concert Tickets — $107 Order Missing
On November 24, 2025, at around 7:00 p.m., I purchased a concert ticket through Viagogo for the K**** A*** performance at Ankara Congressium. The total amount I paid was $107, and my order number is 629893550. However, despite the time that has passed, I still have not received my tickets in any form. Because of this, I do not know where my seat is, nor do I know what time I am expected to arrive at the venue.
On the day I bought the ticket, I reached out to Viagogo and expected to receive an email with the tickets on the day of the concert, as stated. But no email or update was ever sent. At this moment, I have no access to my tickets, and I am seriously worried about whether I will even be able to enter the concert.
My primary request is to attend the concert without any issues using the tickets I paid for, and to have my seat clearly confirmed. For this reason, I am requesting that my tickets be sent to me immediately, along with written confirmation of my seat details and information about the concert’s start time and door-opening time. If this cannot be provided, then I request a full refund of the amount I paid.
