I Paid on Viagogo for Front Row Tickets and Got Cheap Back Row Seats Instead

I had a very disappointing experience with Viagogo. I purchased tickets under order number 556241 for the B** K****** concert at Harbiye in Istanbul. I specifically selected front row seats and paid a total of €140.32 (around ₺6,000) for two tickets. However, when the tickets arrived, I was shocked to see they were for seats in the very back—nowhere near the front row I paid for.

Even worse, the printed price on each ticket was just ₺1,600, confirming that I had been grossly overcharged. Viagogo misrepresented the product by charging a premium for low-value seats, and now I’m stuck with tickets that aren’t what I selected or paid for.

This is misleading and unacceptable. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I’m filing this complaint so others know what kind of service to expect. I won’t be using Viagogo again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. I demand that Viagogo take responsibility for the seat misrepresentation and refund the price difference immediately.
