Viagogo Is Nothing But Disappointment And Pain

Viagogo is nothing but disappointment and pain. Two days before the Ukraine vs. Belgium match, I bought tickets for myself and my son for €150. They promised the tickets would arrive on time, but they were scheduled to be delivered only at 17:45 on the day of the match. Until the last moment, I didn’t know what to do—should I travel or not? Should I book a hotel? The match was in another city and would end late at night. I contacted support twice, but they just kept telling me to wait. An hour before the match, they informed me that the seller was unresponsive and that the tickets would not be delivered. They processed a refund, but I haven’t received my money yet. But the worst part was my son’s tears. He had been waiting for this day, dreaming of watching the match, counting down the days. And then, standing outside the stadium, he found out he wouldn’t get in. He cried. He couldn’t believe it. His dream was shattered. I am an adult—I will move on. But he is just a child, and that night, his heart was broken. How can platforms like this even exist when they play with people’s emotions like this? Two days of stress, anxiety, and hope—all leading to nothing but heartbreak and tears. It’s unbearable.
