Viagogo Failed to Refund $253 for Canceled Nikos Vertis Concert Tickets
On October 27, we purchased 2 tickets on Viagogo for a Nikos Vertis concert scheduled in Istanbul on November 27, and we paid about $253 in total.
Only one day before the concert, we were notified by a message from Viagogo that the event would not take place.
Although the concert was canceled, we still have not received a refund for our ticket purchase. We contacted Viagogo customer service, and we were told that the case would be reviewed and that we would receive a response within 13 days. However, that timeframe has passed and we have not heard anything back.
We request that the $253 we paid for the tickets be refunded to us in full as soon as possible and that we be given clear information about the status of our refund.
