Viagogo Charged More Than Confirmed Ticket Price Without Explanation

I purchased tickets through Viagogo for the Rosalía LUX Tour in Santiago, Chile, on 29 July. During the purchase process and in the confirmation email, Viagogo indicated that I would be charged 584 bolivianos for my order. However, when the payment went through, my bank statement showed that 860.88 bolivianos had been charged. This difference between the amount confirmed by Viagogo and the amount actually debited from my account is not acceptable. The only information I received from Viagogo was the confirmation email showing 584 bolivianos, and there was no clear or transparent explanation that the final amount would be higher. I tried to contact Viagogo customer service regarding this overcharge, but I was only able to interact with an AI assistant and no human agent ever responded to my request or transferred me to proper support, so I have not received any explanation or solution. I request that Viagogo refund the overcharged amount between 860.88 and 584 bolivianos to my account, and provide a clear explanation of how this price difference occurred.
