I Face Overcharge on Viagogo Ticket Purchase for Casimo and the Hot Coals Concert
On September 28, I purchased two electronic tickets for the Casimo and the Hot Coals concert through Viagogo. During the purchase process, the total ticket price was shown as ₺975, and there was no option to buy just one ticket. However, after completing the payment, I realized that approximately ₺2,500 had been charged to my credit card. In addition, a ₺560 service fee was applied, and the system appears to have charged for two tickets without any prior notification or breakdown of fees.
The electronic tickets were successfully delivered to me, and my order number is Z7ZTCR. This was my first time using Viagogo, and I have never encountered an issue like this before. Moreover, there was no refund option available, and I haven’t yet contacted customer service regarding the problem.
I request a refund of the excess amount charged to my card, including the service fee, as these costs were neither clearly stated nor authorized during the purchase process.
