Viagogo Sent Wrong Cheaper Tickets For the Order
I am writing regarding my purchase on Viagogo for the David Bisbal concert in Sevilla on 22.11.2025. On 31.05.2025, I bought tickets through your platform for a total of €502, choosing more expensive seats. However, I received cheaper tickets in the wrong seats compared with what I paid for and expected. This purchase is linked to my Viagogo order with ID 563768269, confirmed on 31 May 2025. After noticing that the tickets and seating did not match what I had selected and paid for, I contacted your customer service. So far, my attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful, as responsibility has been avoided and I have not received a proper response or solution. In this situation, I am requesting that Viagogo refund the price difference between the expensive tickets I purchased and the cheaper tickets I actually received. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved so that I am not financially penalized for an error that is not mine.
