I Face a Refund Issue With Viagogo After Two Match Tickets Were Undelivered
On October 4, 2025, I purchased three tickets for the Galatasaray–Beşiktaş match through Viagogo (Order No: 624808583, registered email: s******@hotmail.com). I paid a total of ₺75,000 for these tickets. However, only one of the tickets could be used — the other two were not delivered due to a Passolig-related issue.
On the day of the match, I contacted Viagogo customer service several times by phone. They informed me that the issue was caused by Passolig and that there was a problem with the buyer’s account. Since the tickets were not delivered before the match began, I requested the cancellation of the two unused tickets, but the cancellation was never processed, and no refund was issued. Two hours before the match, because no solution was provided, the other two attendees had to purchase new tickets through Passolig on their own.
I request a full refund for the two tickets that could not be used and compensation for the inconvenience I experienced due to this issue.
