Refund Request For Unjustified Viagogo Ticket Cancellation Charge

I purchased a ticket for the Keinmusik Berlin event through Viagogo and later canceled the sale on 21.08.2025, two days before the concert date (23.08.2025). Without any clear prior warning, Viagogo charged my credit card €124 as a penalty fee, even though the original ticket price was only €80. This excessive and unjustified charge is unacceptable. My order number is 545841.

At the time of cancellation, I was not presented with any warning about a penalty, nor was I informed of the amount that would be charged. The related email notification was sent only after I had already completed the cancellation. When I contacted Viagogo’s virtual assistant, no real solution was provided. To make matters worse, I never received an invoice or receipt for the €124 taken from my card.

I demand a prompt resolution of this issue and the immediate refund of the unfairly charged €124. Customers deserve transparency and proper notice of cancellation policies before any charges are applied.
