Viagogo Overcharged Me for Tickets and Still Hasn’t Issued a Refund
I’m extremely frustrated with Viagogo and demand an immediate resolution. I was charged a total of ₺7,124 for tickets under the name M***** O****, but the actual tickets I received were worth only ₺1,500 each—without any names or clear details attached. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.
Why was I charged such a high amount when your own ticket categories clearly list prices as ₺1,500, ₺3,200, ₺4,300, and ₺6,700? If I paid for a higher category, then where is my corresponding ticket? And if you gave me lower-tier tickets, then why am I being charged more than what they’re worth?
Viagogo, this is not how you treat paying customers. I demand that you either refund the overcharged amount immediately or issue tickets that reflect the exact value I paid. The lack of transparency and the absence of basic ticket details only makes this worse. I trusted your platform, but this experience has left me feeling completely taken advantage of.
