I traveled over 6,000 miles from Turkey to Singapore to attend the Lady Gaga concert—a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I trusted Viagogo and paid SGD 1,233.99 for two seats in PB4, Row 1, expecting front-row placement as shown on the seating map. On the day of the concert, I was shocked to receive tickets for PD2, a section much further back and valued at only SGD 332.14 per ticket (as shown by the attached official pricing of THB 8,478 per seat). This means I paid more than double the actual value of the seats I was given. To make matters worse, there was no staff from the ticket provider at the venue to help, and customer service provided no assistance whatsoever. I spent the hours leading up to the concert stressed and frustrated, trying to resolve an issue no one was available to fix. Had I known I wouldn’t be sitting front row, I would have chosen a better viewing position in the upper sections—not paid a premium for false promises. I feel deceived and deeply disappointed. I am requesting a minimum 50% refund for the downgrade. I have all supporting documents, proof of payment, and seating evidence. I am currently refraining from sharing this across social media and media outlets, but I expect a proper resolution without delay. This kind of misleading and unprofessional service is unacceptable—especially for international fans who invest their time, money, and hopes into such events.

I purchased a ticket through this site for a concert in Singapore. During the purchase, my seat number was clearly specified. However, until the day of the concert, my seat number was deleted from the system. When I arrived at the concert venue, they gave me a seat from a lower category, worth only half of what I paid. In other words, they blatantly deprived me of the seat I was entitled to.

There was no authorized person at the concert venue to resolve this issue. All communication is only via email and extremely inadequate. If you don't pursue and complain about this situation, they quietly keep your money. Even though I have clear and explicit documents regarding the issue, instead of refunding my money, they only offered me a voucher worth half the amount in question, to be used on their own site. However, I want a cash refund and I am still being forced to struggle for this.

They are offering only half of the amount that should be refunded as a gift voucher, on the condition that I spend it on their site. This approach is absolutely unacceptable. They charge for a service they did not provide and then try to force me to shop from their site again. This is both unethical and clearly illegal.

According to Article 8 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, it is unlawful to charge for goods or services not provided to the consumer. Under Articles 11 and 15 of the same law, in the case of defective or non-provided services, the consumer has the right to choose, including a refund. In addition, according to Article 18, practices such as forcibly giving the consumer a gift voucher are unacceptable; the refund must be made using the same payment method at the consumer's preference.

In this context, I demand a full and complete refund of the difference between the unprovided service and the existing service, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Otherwise, I will file the necessary complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Ministry of Trade and the relevant legal authorities.

This company disregards customer satisfaction, does not admit its mistake, and even gives a voucher to make me shop again. You can't even be sure if you will actually sit in the seat you bought. Don't waste your money, time, and peace of mind. Pay a little more and shop from reliable places.

Buying a ticket from here is the fastest way to be disgraced with your own money. I definitely do not recommend it.
