I Face Wrong Seat Issue on Viagogo for FB vs Bayern Match at Ülker Stadium

On October 14, 2025, I bought a ₺4,900 ticket from Viagogo to attend the Fenerbahçe vs. Bayern Munich match at Ülker Stadium on October 16, 2025. The ticket was supposed to be for the East Stand, Block 113, but when I received my QR code, it showed Block 109 — a completely different and worse location than what I paid for.

I immediately contacted Viagogo support via chat several times on the day of the match, but they didn’t offer any solution or compensation. Because it was match day, there was no time for an exchange or refund, and I ended up watching the game from a seat that was worth far less than the one I originally purchased.

This was not only disappointing but also unfair, considering the premium price I paid for a specific seat. I’m requesting that Viagogo refund my payment or offer appropriate compensation for delivering a lower-tier ticket. I trusted the platform, but this experience has completely broken that trust — I will never purchase tickets from Viagogo again.
