About three months ago, we applied through VFS Global in Ankara for a Netherlands family visit visa and were placed on a waiting list. At the end of the three months, we received an email stating that we could book an appointment within 48 hours. However, when we logged into the system to schedule the appointment, the website gave an error and logged us out before we could even reach the date selection stage. Despite trying multiple times through the same link, every time we clicked on the “book reservation” option, the website generated an error and removed us from the system, preventing us from securing an appointment.
My daughter, who lives abroad, is due to give birth on March 5, and I need to be with her. Because of this, I repeatedly attempted to apply through different channels. Most recently, I applied through Bursa, and once again received a link valid for 48 hours. I clicked the link and completed all the steps to book an appointment, entered my information, selected a date, but when I reached the payment stage, the website again generated an error and logged me out. I experienced the same issue several more times. I sent an email explaining the situation and called by phone, but since it was the weekend, I received no response.
After all these errors, my account access has now been completely blocked, and I can no longer log in at all. With my daughter’s due date approaching, I am under serious time pressure and facing significant hardship.
The applicant name registered in the system is F**** Ç****, and my email address is n********@gmail.com. I urgently request that my account be reactivated so that I can schedule an appointment for myself and my 15-year-old daughter without experiencing further technical problems. I ask that my visa application process be supported immediately and that my case not be delayed any further due to these technical issues.
