VFS Global Offers No Rescheduling Option



I had an appointment at the VFS Global center in Islamabad, Pakistan, on February 14. Unfortunately, I had mehndi (henna) on my hands, and they refused to take my fingerprints that day. We had a total of five appointments—my wife and two daughters also had henna on their hands, so their biometrics could not be completed, while my other two daughters' appointments were processed successfully. Now, I need to reschedule the appointments, but my online account does not allow rescheduling. I am unable to proceed, and I urgently request assistance in resolving this issue as a priority.
