VFS Global France Visa Appointment Issue

I am a master's degree student at Dumlupınar University. I have received an acceptance letter for an internship from a company in Mâcon, France, as part of the Erasmus Internship Mobility program, which is supposed to take place between August 1, 2023, and October 31, 2023. However, for approximately 1.5 months, I have been unable to schedule an online appointment through VFS Global, the firm authorized by the French Consulate, and I have been unable to reach their call center. Despite personally visiting the Istanbul and Izmir branches and explaining my situation, my issue has not been resolved in any way. I am on the verge of missing out on an opportunity that will be a turning point in my education and career, and my time is running out, yet I cannot even create an appointment, let alone obtain a visa. I cannot understand why you are causing hardship for young people like us who strive for education and career advancement. I demand that my grievance be addressed as soon as possible. As of today, I will prepare and submit a letter of complaint to CİMER, BİMER, and all French consulates and embassies in Turkey. Rest assured that if my grievance is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to higher authorities.
