For months, we have been unable to schedule visa appointments for France through VFS Global. Appointments are frequently closed, and when they do open, we regularly experience difficulties on their web system, stopping us from advancing. My spouse, along with our friends who already have visas, had made elaborate preparations for the Eid al-Adha holiday months in advance. We had booked our flights and accommodations, but as regular Turkish citizens, we were unable to acquire a visa appointment, let alone receive one. Despite being in charge of France appointments, VFS Global only schedules appointments for visa consultant firms, leaving us unable to schedule appointments as citizens. I feel they twisted the system to favor profit over fair access, allowing corporate firms to monopolize appointments while ordinary folks like us fight to get into the system. As you can see in the attachment, we continue to experience these difficulties and are unable to proceed.
