I Keep Receiving Session Timeout Errors on the VFS Global Website
I have been trying to obtain a Poland visa appointment through VFS Global in Istanbul since April 1, but I have been unable to complete the process due to ongoing system issues. Whenever I attempt to proceed through the online appointment system, I repeatedly receive a “session timed out” error message. When I try to log back in afterward, my account becomes locked and displays a message indicating that the account has been blocked. As a result, I am unable to complete the appointment booking process.
Each time my account has been blocked, I submitted feedback through the system and also contacted VFS Global by phone on two separate occasions. Despite these efforts, no effective solution has been provided. My account remains inaccessible, and I still have not been able to secure a visa appointment.
This situation is particularly urgent because I need to travel to Poland for my daughter's wedding. There are only two months remaining before the event, and if these technical problems continue, I may not receive my visa in time. Missing my daughter's wedding and being unable to visit my grandchildren due to a malfunctioning appointment system would be extremely upsetting and disappointing.
I respectfully request that VFS Global urgently unblock my account and provide me with an appointment for my Poland visa application as soon as possible. The current system should not be causing this level of disruption and hardship for applicants who are simply trying to complete their visa applications through the official process.
I hope VFS Global will investigate this issue promptly, restore access to my account, and help ensure that I can complete my visa application before my travel date.
