I have been trying for a long time to book a Poland D-type Erasmus visa appointment through the VFS Global Ankara application center, but for weeks I have been unable to find any available appointment slots in the system. On one occasion, even though I managed to catch an available slot at the exact time appointments were released, the system gave an error and did not allow me to complete the booking. At the moment, no appointments are visible for any city in the system.
Because I checked the system frequently, my account was locked multiple times, and I am now unable to log in at all. As a result, I cannot submit my visa application, and this situation is seriously jeopardizing my ability to participate in the Erasmus program, which I earned after long efforts and is scheduled to begin in February.
I am requesting that the appointment system issue be resolved urgently, that access to my account be restored, and that I be offered an available appointment date as soon as possible so that I can complete my visa application.
