I purchased the Vestfrost 9100 washing machine 4 years ago, and since the first day, I have been dealing with constant water leakage from the bottom of the unit. While the product was still under warranty, I contacted the authorized service because the machine was both leaking water and tripping the circuit breaker. However, the service technician claimed there was no issue with the machine and advised me to call an electrician.
I followed their advice and brought in an electrician, who confirmed that there was no electrical fault and clearly stated that the problem was with the washing machine itself. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue during the warranty period, no proper solution was provided.
Now that the warranty has expired, I decided to open the machine myself to find the source of the water leak. To my shock, I discovered that the drum area is cracked, and the interior is heavily rusted due to prolonged water exposure. This ongoing defect has not only caused repeated inconvenience but has also damaged my flooring and increased my repair costs over time.
I demand that Vestfrost take responsibility for this manufacturing defect and compensate me for my financial losses. I expect a full repair or replacement of the product, as well as compensation for the damages caused. Please take immediate action to resolve this long-standing issue and restore my trust in your brand.
