I purchased a Vestfrost dishwasher two years ago, and from the very first day, it has never cleaned the dishes properly. Despite trying various dishwasher tablets and detergents, the problem persists, leaving me extremely frustrated. I have used multiple brands and types of detergent, but nothing solves the issue.
I contacted the authorized service to request assistance, but instead of helping, they told me that if the problem wasn’t with the machine itself, I would have to pay a service fee. They casually suggested changing the detergent tablet as if that was the real problem. I find this response completely unacceptable. I didn’t invest in a brand-new dishwasher just to keep experimenting with detergents or to continue washing dishes by hand.
This situation has caused me ongoing financial and emotional distress. I expected better quality and support from Vestfrost, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. I kindly request that the machine be thoroughly inspected without any additional fees and that the root cause of this cleaning problem be resolved. If the issue cannot be fixed, I expect a full replacement. Please take immediate action to resolve this problem and restore my confidence in your products.
