I Face Motor Failure on Vestel Vestfrost VF CF 5201 S Fridge in 3 Years
I purchased the Vestel Vestfrost VF CF 5201 S 520-liter No-Frost refrigerator, expecting it to last for many years. Unfortunately, just 3 years and 3 months after purchase, the fridge developed a serious motor grounding issue (şase yapma). This is highly disappointing, considering that the product’s warranty period is only 3 years, and such a critical failure occurred right after it expired.
I contacted the service center, and they quoted ₺13,000 for repairs, while purchasing a new fridge would cost ₺22,000. This level of failure in such a short time frame shows either a chronic design flaw or poor product quality. I have found that many other consumers have experienced similar problems with Vestel Vestfrost refrigerators, which further raises my concerns about the reliability of this product line.
This incident caused me financial loss and frustration, as I trusted Vestel when making my purchase. I no longer feel confident buying any Vestel products in the future. I request that Vestel take responsibility for this major technical fault and either repair my fridge free of charge or replace it with a new one. I expect your company to stand behind your products and resolve this issue promptly to restore customer trust.
