I Face Fragile Outdoor Unit Issue on Vestfrost Air Conditioner

Before leaving the city, I had installed three Vestfrost brand air conditioners, trusting their quality and warranty coverage. Unfortunately, when I returned home after the earthquake, I discovered that a small piece of debris had fallen from the building exterior and hit the outdoor unit of one of the air conditioners. Shockingly, the protective casing of the motor was so fragile that it cracked and shattered immediately upon impact.

I contacted Vestfrost service, expecting support under warranty for what is clearly a material durability issue. However, I was told that the repair would be a paid service, despite the fact that I had invested a significant amount of money in these units and trusted the brand's reputation. This response was a huge disappointment. I expected Vestfrost to stand behind its products and offer a solution, but instead, I was left alone to deal with the problem.

Even in such a minor incident, the brand chose not to support its customer. I am deeply dissatisfied with both the product quality and the service approach. I request that Vestfrost repair or replace the damaged motor casing free of charge, as this issue stems from inadequate product durability rather than user error. Please resolve this matter promptly and restore trust in your brand.
