Vestel ZES4 AC Charger Complaint

I purchased VESTEL-produced ZES4 AC SERIES CHARGER ELECTRIC products online. During our conversation, including the managers, they disrespectfully communicated and acted as if they couldn't provide service. I can't find anyone to address my concerns, so I will return the products.
